convenient location nothing noisy helpful staff missing window room odor poor soundproofing
the hotel's location was convenient with a short walk to local spots. the views from the terrace created a super calm place. i noticed the staff was available and helpful.
i found the room had no window. the room had an odor. sound easily traveled through the window, hindering privacy.

the hotel location provided a peaceful setting near the town center yet it was still accessible i appreciated the proximity to local bars and restaurants too the staff offered helpful tips for exploring the area a big free car park was located about five minutes away from the hotel

wonderful gem
newly refurbished hotel charming staff amazing view
i found the hotel to be newly refurbished with superb furnishings. the staff were charming and helpful. i particularly enjoyed the amazing views from the terraced gardens and the pool area.
the room i stayed in was a bit close to the reception desk so there was some noise.

superb cleanliness beautiful garden quick service amazing breakfast
i found superb cleanliness EVERYWHERE. The garden was especially nice with lots of flowers! the staff offered very quick service. Breakfast was AMAZING, with so many choices.
the lighting in the bathroom could be a LITTLE brighter.

the hotel has a really lovely terrace area. i could drink and eat there. the staff were friendly. and i found them kind.
The breakfast had limited selection. it was ok. the room was musty. I was like. the view was of bars on the window facing a rock wall.

serene getaway
perfect gardens amazing views
the gardens were perfect, especially with the amazing views of the countryside. a beautiful swimming pool was available, and the restaurant provided delicious meals (i especially enjoyed the cava). i appreciated how the hotel created a sense of tranquility with its serene terrace.
i think it would be better to disclose this information beforehand.
