Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a wonderful location overlooking the pool area with easy access to shops and attractions, but the dining options for vegetarians are limited. The service is a mix of lovely from most staff but some unprofessional behavior. The rooms, though upgraded and clean, lacked information on location guidance. The price is good for the facilities provided.
The hotel is located at the very end of a long corridor, needing refurbishment, but offers excellent rooms with a Juliette balcony overlooking the pool and resort. The service is hit & miss, and the location is eye-catching with some areas looking tired compared to the past. The dining experience varies from sumptuous to underwhelming. Facilities are satisfactory.
I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. While I received an upgrade to a lovely Lagoon room which was very relaxing, the room had some issues like holes in the walls, cracks in ceilings and walls, a front door that wouldn't lock, and non-working heating/air conditioner and television, which meant I couldn't access the included movies in the package. The room lacked the characteristic charm of the rest of the hotel and faced a busy external road.
The hotel offers a mix of positives like a great location close to amenities and some negatives such as stains around the property. The rooms were well-designed and attractive, but in need of repairs. The service was exceptional with staff showing kindness beyond their duties. The dining options were good but not up to a 5-star standard. Overall, a fair value for money stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offered a spacious and luxurious suite that wasn't the one we booked, including a bedroom, lounge, spa bath, shower, and two toilets. Unfortunately, the road-facing room led to some noise concerns, affecting our ability to enjoy the breeze. The service was excellent, with attentive staff throughout our stay, although a lack of expressiveness was noted despite pre-paying for the room.
The hotel has a stunning building but offers fairly average performance overall, with exceptional service at the Reception. The room with a lagoon view was comfortable and spacious, including a separate lounge, TV, and dining area, without the need for an upgrade.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, some maintenance issues like holes in walls and non-working amenities were disappointing. The standout was the exceptional service provided by the Reception staff. However, the reliance on the beautiful building didn't fully compensate for the average performance.
My stay at the hotel had its pros and cons. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, but unfortunately noisy with no views. The service was lacking in some areas but made up for it in others. The location was elegant and well presented, although some amenities were quite far. The dining experience was disappointing, but the facilities were good overall.
The hotel is in a convenient location, perfect for visiting SeaWorld, and offers a stunning place to relax with a drink. While the rooms are starting to show signs of wear and can be difficult to locate, the friendly and incredibly helpful service makes up for it.
The hotel's rooms were smaller than expected and had a strong cigarette smoke smell. On the positive side, the service was extremely helpful and courteous. The location was ideal for those with transportation, especially for visiting SeaWorld, but lacked drink waiter service outside. The dining experience was average, not living up to the advertised value. Overall, the hotel had both positive and negative aspects worth considering.
The hotel had some drawbacks with room servicing until late afternoon, but on the upside, the rooms had lovely views of the pools and the sea, away from noisy roads. The hotel's service was lacking at times, with unenthusiastic staff struggling to handle customer issues. Overall, the facilities were decent, though there were areas that needed improvement.
