I truly loved my stay at this hotel! The suite was amazing, very comfortable, and ready before check-in time with all amenities. The daily chocolate gift was such a sweet touch. The hotel reservations and valet parking services were so efficient and the staff incredibly friendly. The location was strategic, making it easy to walk to must-see attractions like LACMA and the Peterson Auto Museum. The dining experience left much to be desired for the size of the hotel, but being close to excellent cafe and restaurant options made up for it.
The hotel has an amazing location close to shopping areas like Beverly Centre and The Grove, with a welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are contemporary, very comfortable, and spacious, equipped with every amenity one could need. The dining options could be improved for more variety. The hotel has quite huge rooms compared to the previous one I stayed in LA before moving to Orlandos. The outside of the room was nice, but the bathroom didn't have as much counter space as pictured on the website. Despite being on a busy road, the location was good.
