My stay at Phongsavath Boutique Hotel had its ups and downs. The breakfast was quite nice and there was a good selection of options, plus the location was perfect for exploring the center of Vientiane. Unfortunately, I faced some issues with my room smelling bad and flooding after showers, and also, the payment system was a hassle, forcing me to use an ATM for cash.

I had a fantastic stay at Phongsavath Boutique Hotel! The service was great, especially from Lixay, who was super helpful with any issues I had. The location is perfect for exploring Vientiane, with plenty of eateries nearby. However, there was some traffic noise at night from my first room, which was a bummer, but the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel definitely made up for it.
