adequate but overpriced
onsite restaurant wrinkled clothes
i found the lack of an onsite restaurant pretty inconvenient when i got hungry. grabbing food required a trek outside and that was annoying. also, there was no iron in the room so my clothes remained wrinkled the whole time. i wouldn't have expected these issues for the price i paid.

missing iron missing cleaner
I was a bit disappointed to find no toilet cleaner in the room. also, an iron was missing. considering the price, these omissions reminded me of a letdown. The value didn't quite match what i paid.

cute staff high standard transport links missing iron toilet cleaner high price
The staff was cute, and they kept the building beautiful. the rooms had a high standard. I found them comfortable. the location had great transport links by road.
There was no iron in the room. That surprised me. there was not even a toilet cleaner. the price felt high considering those missing amenities.

quiet and clean, a good choice
adjustable thermostat comfortable bed secure parking complimentary pastries
the room had an adjustable thermostat (a big plus), and the bed was comfortable. high ceilings added to the spacious feel. the secure parking was convenient and the complimentary pastries and coffee were welcome after a long drive. the number 83 bus stops right outside, a direct route to wembley stadium.
i found there was no on-site restaurant, so i needed to find food elsewhere.

the queen room featured a refrigerator, handy for storing drinks. the room was modern and very clean, something i always appreciate. a shower cap and miniature soap were thoughtful extras.

breakfast offered a nice selection, and the pastries were fresh. i especially liked that coffee was complimentary. while there's no on-site restaurant for other meals, plenty of options are nearby.

the hotel is easily accessible and getting around was simple (i used the bus a lot). it was a convenient base for my travels. the hotel itself is beautiful, almost like a charming english estate.
