no window cleaning standards
The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. The room was quiet, a relief considering the noise outside.
Unfortunately, our room lacked a window, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. I expected that towels put on the floor would be exchanged for clean ones, but instead, they were folded and returned. Cleaning needs to improve. IT IS disappointing.

cramped breakfast area rusting shower
the staff showed me to my room and explained the facilities.
The breakfast area was so cramped. the bathroom needed some serious work. The toilet seat was worn, and there was rusting on the shower trim. sheets weren't changed during my whole one week stay. mosquitoes kept buzzing around even after i asked for the room to be sprayed.

The complimentary minibar was restocked daily. I also received small treats after the room service.. the breakfast was tasty with very tasty coffee.

central location good range high noise drinking water
The location proved central. The staff were helpful at all times. Breakfast on the roof terrace featured traditional items. There was a very good range of choices available.
Noise transferred easily between rooms and floors. My courtyard view room was misleading. I think it was not worth the money, considering the lack of facilities, such as a lounge. There was also no regular drinking water available.
