“The buffet breakfast at Hotel Pollux was a good experience. There were different varieties of bread, waffles, a generous selection of cold meats, ham, and a large amount of smoked salmon. Freshly pressed juice, cereals, and yogurt were also available, complemented by made-to-order eggs, bacon, and sausage.
