The hotel rooms were huge with a balcony, but we encountered a challenge with mosquitos, spiders, and flies, leading to an immediate need for anti-mosquito products. Despite that, the rooms were big, clean, and had new furniture, providing a comfortable stay.

The rooms were a bit disappointing, smelling dirty with old furniture, and damaged facilities, making it feel more like a hostel than a boutique hotel. However, they were spacious, clean, and surprisingly comfortable. The presence of mosquitoes, spiders, and flies was off-putting but manageable. The service was lacking, as the staff did not address the room issues effectively, offering no solution. On the bright side, the location was excellent, being a 5-minute walk to restaurants, shops, and bars, although not centrally located. While the dining experience was somewhat chaotic, with staff struggling to maintain the buffet, the food was decent. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory but not exceptional.

I stayed in the dependance of the hotel, and overall, had a comfortable experience. The room was big and comfortable, but I did notice that the guest information book in the room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Despite the 'DO NOT ENTER' sign incident during my first day, the hotel in general was far from what you would expect for a 4-star hotel. The location was convenient, just across the street from the beaches and close to a supermarket, making it a potential top choice in the future.
Despite some initial issues with pests in the room, the hotel ultimately provided a suitable environment for a business trip and relaxation after a day at the beach. The lack of an elevator to the first floor was a minor inconvenience, but the location across from the beaches was ideal for our needs.
