The sound proofing was not good. Drink making facilities were absent in the room. The staff did not smile much.

The breakfast included fruits and traditional italian treats. elena, the breakfast organizer, was very attentive. She always checked if i needed anything. the option for single beds in the cozy room was helpful since i traveled with my mother.
the hand towel in the bathroom seemed like a napkin.
