The digital check-in was quick, allowing the staff to assist multiple guests simultaneously. My room was clean and quiet. The availability of free coffee, tea, and hot pizza in the lobby 24/7 was a PLUS. I also liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom!
I noticed some minor stains on the carpet.

Coffee, tea, and hot pizza are available for free in the hotel lobby all day and all night. The breakfast had excellent options with great-tasting selections and a variety of choices to start the day. The food was AMAZING!!!

My visit had some issues I must address. There was a lack of daily housekeeping, specifically. The room was not cleaned, and towels were not replaced . This was very inconvenient, as I expected a higher level of service. the limited storage space was a problem. I struggled to store my belongings efficiently in the small room.

The bed was comfortable. I liked the shower. It had plenty of space. I found free coffee available 24/7. The location is convenient. It is only a short walk to the main train station or the beautiful districts.
