excellent amenities and very clean room
hot drink machine steam room very clean room
i loved the complimentary hot drink machine available 24/7! it was perfect after a long day. the private steam room and sauna required a reservation. however, it was totally worth it. the room was very clean!

carpet stain small counter
the staff seemed friendly enough.
the elevator only went to the 5th floor. i stayed on the 6th, and no one helped me with my heavy suitcase up the stairs! the carpet also had dirt stains and mysterious splotches. the bathroom counter space was definitely too small.
