They helped me when I was stressed about moving apartments. I found staff waiting outside with my cat. There was an alarm going off and they did not want to scare him. I highly recommend this hotel.
The shower had some hair in it, and the towel warmer showed rust. Our room was not ready for the 15:00 check-in..
