the staff helped store our bags early and after checkout. the room was clean and the bed was. breakfast offered a large buffet with many options to eat , it was excellent.
the hotel location is uphill , so you need decent fitness to reach the hotel. a ride share may be needed from the metro or train station.

the breakfast buffet provided varied choices each morning it included both sweet and savory options i also found the staff to be consistently helpful and polite they offered tips for exploring and promptly addressed any questions i had.
the walls seemed rather thin i often heard noise from other guests and the surrounding area furthermore the hotel's location on a hill made walking back somewhat tiring it required navigating some steep inclines.

the rooms are a fair size with great amenities. i found it quiet and private with beautiful views from the top balcony. reuben checked me in and he was very helpful and provided us with a map and recommendations. breakfast was delicious and i appreciated the ability to make coffee!
