the staff were very cute. they were also helpful.
the room i booked looked great online. in reality, it felt cramped. it was barely big enough to fit the bed (annoying!). there was definitely no space to sit. i really hated that there was no view.

the hotel location felt perfect, a square was quiet near the saint-sulpice church. many metro stops were so close, i liked that. the breakfast feels fresh and it have staff lovely. the room feels very comfortable too. there is much beauty here.
my room felt in disrepair, , made me sad. the wallpaper felt peeling, the carpeting shaggy, and heavy mold stay in the bathroom. dust was heavy on the large decoration, it was there for decades. i feel that bedding need attention.
