Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms are in tip-top shape for every guest, equipped with all you need. The service desk and reception team are great and welcoming, contributing to a very nice stay. However, it could feel cramped in the morning with some wait times for equipment.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, offering a great view of the harbor area. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent, close to attractions and dining options. The dining experience was excellent, especially the pool and sauna. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
The hotel offers stunning views of the Seaport World Trade Center, the city landscape, and Boston Harbor from generously sized rooms. While the private nature of the rooms enhances the experience, the dining options may be limited. The fantastic service compensates for any minor issues, making it a superb choice for business travel near the Convention Center.
I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The room, although spacious and cozy, had old faded furniture and dirty curtains, not what I expected for the price paid. The service was decent but fell short of the friendliness I usually experience at Marriott hotels. The location, however, was excellent for exploring Boston, especially being close to the Convention Center. The dining experience was enjoyable, with fast service at the bar, but there were some missed opportunities in the breakfast offerings.
