amazing gem inside the medina
varied spread rooftop breakfast helpful staff taxi coordination
I enjoyed the breakfasts every morning on the rooftop. It was very convenient. the table spread changed slightly from day to day, so it was interesting. moroccan breakfast staples were always available, which i looked forward to. the front desk staff helped coordinate taxis, providing recommendations.
the pool seemed very small compared to the pictures, more like a pretty feature.

key sites fresh fruit solid base bedroom furniture
the staff was friendly and polite. they explained key sites. breakfast on the terrace included fresh fruit. brahim was kind.
the location is not so great. the taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel. the bed had a solid base and i found it uncomfortable. the bedroom furniture looked tired.

inaccurate time broken holder
The location was acceptable since it allowed easy access to certain areas.
The advertised checkout time was INACCURATE. The bathroom was subpar. It had dead flies on the walls and a broken toilet roll holder, it was FRUSTRATING.

I found some issues . The air conditioning barely worked. I expect better climate control. There was also a significant delay in receiving requested toiletries. This inconvenienced me. These problems affected my stay.

cute staff very nice breakfast attentive team bad location tired furniture limited space
the staff was super cute and friendly. they constantly checked that we had everything we needed and felt comfortable. mostapha and the rest of the team were very nice. the breakfast included every morning was also very nice.
the hotel wasn't in a great location. i arrived late in the evening and the taxi driver couldn't find the place easily. the bedroom furniture looked tired and not user friendly. there was no space to hang clothes.

a fantastic riad experience!
convenient location spacious rooftop helpful staff
i loved that the riad is close to the medina entrance, it made navigating the city easier. the rooftop terrace was spacious, perfect for sunbathing and reading. the front desk staff helped with bags and gave great local recommendations (they even coordinated taxis!).
the room was small and lacked a proper closet, i had to keep my clothes in my suitcase .

the room included soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. it was very clean and spacious for a solo traveler like me. breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was a daily treat (the variety kept things interesting!).
