The breakfast buffet had excellent choices. the dining area staff worked very hard to assist guests. i also ate at the main dining restaurant a couple of evenings. The food was very good.
the control of the bath cloth and towels seemed limited. i was only allowed one towel and one bath cloth at a time. i noticed made service seemed annoyed if i asked for another one.

i totally enjoyed the superb breakfast variety. i found less salt in most dishes preferable, allowing everyone to add more as they like. the room was super clean and the shower was just perfect. the bathroom in general was quite excellent!
I noticed delays and occasional skips, especially from the 22nd floor.

the staff was friendly. the team offered a beautiful welcome, always greeting everyone with smiles. the front desk and bell service were amazing.

the gym had decent equipment for a quick workout. the pool was great, and the poolside service was attentive. the lobby design created a cute atmosphere.

The breakfast buffet had a WIDE variety. The staff was very nice, so accommodating. I was even able to check in early. The taxi service was reliable.
The hotel is a little older and needs updating. The executive lounge on the ground floor closes at 5pm.
