The hotel is located very near paddington station. the room was clean and quiet, which i appreciated. i found the staff to be attentive. They handled a room issue with grace, even offering compensation. the english breakfast also offered many good choices from the menu.

I found the breakfast very tasty with great variety. Everyone could find something they liked. the room was comfy, and the hotel's interior felt very artistic. the team was cute. buddhika pradisanka ranasinghe especially made sure i had everything i needed.

the basement location of the room felt a bit unexpected. it wasn't quite what i had envisioned.

some ISSUES encountered

faulty key absent taxi

The key failed constantly. I had to return to reception each time. The receptionist assured me it would work but it NEVER did. A staff member had to escort me with a master key. It was quite tedious. The receptionist advised it was unnecessary. Just come to reception and they would call one, it would arrive in minutes. We waited in reception. She could not get us a taxi. It was SOOOO frustrating.

This hotel is in a superb location, close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. I appreciated the helpful staff who were always available! The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is tasteful and makes the stay nice.

The internet was terribly slow. I had difficulty performing business tasks.
