The key failed constantly. I had to return to reception each time. The receptionist assured me it would work but it NEVER did. A staff member had to escort me with a master key. It was quite tedious. The receptionist advised it was unnecessary. Just come to reception and they would call one, it would arrive in minutes. We waited in reception. She could not get us a taxi. It was SOOOO frustrating.

This hotel is in a superb location, close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. I appreciated the helpful staff who were always available! The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel's decor is tasteful and makes the stay nice.

The internet was terribly slow. I had difficulty performing business tasks.
