The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a king-size bed facing the airport, but it does show signs of age. The service was a mix with some exceptionally nice staff members but also an incident involving false claims. The location is convenient to the airport and various dining options, although the beachside view is a highlight. The dining experience was a bit overpriced and occasionally delivered unordered items. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.

The hotel had minimal room appointments but provided everything needed for comfort. Upon arrival, the room wasn't very clean, and some issues like non-working outlets, brown water, and power outages occurred. The female staff members were unpleasant, and the spa was subpar. However, the hotel's location was decent, close to the airport, and the pool area had direct access to the beach. The price of $300 a night did not match the overall experience.

The hotel's location was excellent, offering easy access to a small strip mall and a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. The staff provided warm and friendly service, although there were some issues with the cleanliness of the room. The facilities, like the swim-up bar and beachfront restaurant, were impeccable, but some aspects like the room readiness after official check-in time were disappointing.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel! The ocean view room was stunning, impeccably clean, and had beautiful furnishings. The toiletries and towels were top-notch. The service was outstanding, from the doormen to the management, making us feel truly valued guests. The location right in front of Isla Verde Beach was perfect, close to everything we needed. The dining options were a bit overpriced, but the facilities were fantastic, especially enjoying the pool area. Definitely worth the stay.
