Welcome to Hotel Ruby – Spokane

The hotel was super modern and hip, with clean and simply decorated rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing knowledgeable and nice service. The location was excellent, especially close to Stacks of the Steam Plant for great food and a walk through the museum. The dining experience offered a $5 voucher at a local restaurant next door with good options.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The location is prime, right in the heart of Spokane, near downtown shopping, the Davenport, and within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms were spacious and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the street noise. The service was top-notch, with incredibly accommodating staff, especially in the Sapphire Lounge. However, the dining experience was lackluster, with only a $5 voucher for the neighboring restaurant. Despite that, the hotel is a great value for the price.
