early closure poor communication
the building was indeed extraordinary being a former convent that oozes history.
I stayed for several nights and was disappointed the rooftop terrace unexpectedly closed early one evening.. i wasn't informed there were alternative locations within the hotel where i could relax after this closure. It. it was annoying to discover this late change with so little communication about options.

adequate stay with noticeable shortcomings
loose toilet seat whirlpool grime
The bathroom presented issues. the toilet seat was loose, not properly secured. the whirlpool tub showed grime. Its condition was below expectation for the price. the terrace lacked lighting, limiting usability after sunset. dining or relaxing there after dark proved impossible. these were inconveniences.

Romantic Retreat with Lovely Views
city access italian coffee kind staff
The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. A funicular service nearby provides easy access to central locations , and the upmarket Vomero area is equally accessible. Breakfast included delicious Italian coffee , fresh fruit , and homemade jams. The staff was attentive and kind.
I found that the rooftop terrace sometimes closed early. This limited my ability to enjoy the evening views when I wished to relax there after dinner.
