I found the beach to be excellent. It was very clean. the food tasted great, and i especially liked the seafood options. the staff seemed very attentive, especially ralph, ragini, avin, dominique, and rama.
The service was not quite what i would expect from a five-star hotel. It felt a bit slow. the gym seemed small. It needed more equipment.

very nice hospitality well-trained staff relaxing pool
the staff demonstrated very nice hospitality from arrival. they were carefully selected and well trained. the accommodation included clean spaces and comfortable amenities. the swimming pool was excellent, offering a relaxing place. the gym contained adequate equipment for workouts.
some minor inconveniences arose. the wait times for dinner dishes sometimes stretched longer than expected. it impacted the dining experience slightly.

comfortable room helpful staff delicious breakfast small gym slow service limited menu
the room was spacious and very comfortable. the staff was always ready to assist with a smile. i also appreciated the delicious breakfast with many options to choose from.
the gym was smaller than i expected , with limited equipment. there was often a wait for dinner service , even with reservations. i also noted a lack of variety in the dinner menu.
