Seaventure Beach Hotel is 15 km from San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport. The pier is surrounded by a 24.5 hectare regional beach and promenade, with access to public restrooms, sand showers, volleyball courts, children's play equipment, benches, and drinking fountains.

San Luis Obispo County is well known for its gorgeous hiking trails that are well maintained and provide a variety of difficulties, microclimates and scenery. The single-track trail to the 1559-foot summit is rewarding with some of the most gorgeous views of Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo and vineyards of Edna Valley.
