The hotel rooms were clean and new, making the stay quieter, with very sizeable rooms and friendly staff. However, the location was right above some kind of garage door.
The hotel is perfectly situated just a couple of minutes walk from the bustling area of Ocean Drive, providing a great location without the noise. The rooms are very clean and quiet but lack security measures for valuables. However, the check-in process was delayed. Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine during happy hour, but some service aspects may need improvement.
My stay at the hotel was lovely, with spacious rooms equipped with nice toiletries and beach essentials, but a bit overpriced. The service was incredibly friendly, despite a minor reservation issue. The location was excellent, close to the action but slightly small. The dining options were good but with a late start time.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a nice size and a small balcony, but a little outdated. The service from the team, especially on Saturday, was very friendly, low key, and charming. The location is brilliant, being just a 2-minute walk to South Beach with great amenities nearby. The dining experience was superb, offering delicious options. However, there were some initial issues with construction noise during our stay.
The hotel is nestled in a brilliant location, just a stone's throw away from the lively center on Ocean Drive and the gorgeous South Beach. The rooms are very clean and quiet with a comfy bed, though not as extravagant as bigger hotels. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to please, despite a hiccup with our reservation. The hotel's dining options were fabulous, especially the mouthwatering banana pancakes, and the hotel offers a convenient location just a quick stroll away from various dining spots and shopping streets. However, the room we had was quite spacious compared to others, adding to the overall satisfaction of our stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The location was fantastic, just a block away from the beach and close to many popular spots in South Beach. The room, although with beautiful views, had some noise issues and early morning sun exposure that made me question if it was worth the high price tag. Dining, while not included in the rate, was pricey, pushing me to explore nearby options for better value.
