Acceptable Stay, Some Disappointments
restaurant service separate expense
The hotel restaurant service disappointed me. I had to find my tea bag myself. The staff member said she was tired, so she told me to get it from across the lobby. I also had to pay for parking separately via an app. This added an extra expense to claim.

helpful staff free shuttle spacious room parking fee expensive breakfast outdated equipment
the staff was very helpful with directions and local information. the free airport shuttle was prompt and efficient, i did not have to wait long. the room was clean and spacious (i was in a 1 bedroom suite 1 king sofa bed), i appreciated the extra space.
the on-site parking fee felt unnecessary. the breakfast buffet was expensive (i chose to eat elsewhere). the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated.
