My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms provided a nice view of Reno and the mountains, though the decor felt outdated. The rooms were a good size, clean, and the maid service was efficient. Having a fridge and microwave added convenience. The friendly service throughout the hotel made my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, tied to three casinos without having to leave the property. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited during my visit, but the facilities were well-maintained and pleasant.

My stay at the hotel was very relaxing and comfortable. The rooms had a nice tub and comfortable bed/pillows, and they were spacious and very clean. However, there was an unfortunate incident where our room was already occupied, leading to an understandably irate guest. Overall, the stay was comfortable and very clean.
