i found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially with directions. the hotel location is convenient, very near the maxx dormoy metro station. i was happy to see a really good italian restaurant just around the corner. i thought the italian restaurant was AMAZING!!!
i noticed the area around the hotel seemed a bit intimidating at first, but everything turned out fine.

The street leading to the hotel is a bit run down. First impressions count.
