quick service professional hostess immediate assistance
The valet service was quick. Andrea assisted me immediately. She helped me retrieve my personal items left in the car. She was very professional. This quick assistance made a big difference.

Solid Stay Near Beverly Hills
excellent service purified water central location
The staff provided excellent customer service (everyone was very friendly). I liked the purified water available on each floor. The location is central to both West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
The valet parking was expensive at about $72 per night after taxes. I wish there were more affordable parking options.

The staff impressed me. Their attentiveness. The service was seamless, always delivered with a smile, I must say. The location is fantastic. It is easy to explore many restaurants and shops.
Housekeeping started vacuuming early one Saturday. It was certainly not appreciated.

friendly staff top floor comfy bed
The front desk check-in process was seamless. I received an upgrade to a top floor suite. The bed was comfortable. I slept soundly. The bathroom was well-appointed with modern fixtures..
The hotel only provided valet parking, quite expensive. The cost ended up being approximately $71.50 per night after taxes. I tried to find other cheaper options, but most parking garages nearby do not offer overnight parking.

fantastic location and superb staff
excellent service professional staff great care
I really appreciate the excellent service i received. the staff were super professional and provided amazing hospitality. valet service was efficient. The men took great care of my car. the location is perfect, close to the shopping mall, and i'm definitely returning!!!
the fourth-floor room i got had just one sheet on the bed, odd. the comforter touched my skin directly, which i didn't like. the bathroom mirror light didn't work, so it was pretty dark in there.

the concierge team was polite and helpful throughout my stay. the staff also helped with baggage and transport, offering assistance with ubers. drivers spoke multiple languages, made getting around the area easy, and i thought this was such a great addition.
