The location was great. I could easily walk to many attractions. The host gave helpful recommendations for local restaurants, I appreciated that.
I found the street noise quite loud, even with double glazing. I could hear people entering and leaving the hotel, waking me up early.

The location was very close to the Ponte Vecchio. A five-minute walk. The Boboli gardens were also quite close , about five minutes away. The staff took time to explain all the attractive activities in the city. They even provided helpful tips for restaurants and bars.
The room lacked a proper window.

the host provided a map with sightseeing route suggestions , and i found it very helpful. the hotel owner gave coupons for coffee and pastry at a cafe downstairs , i really appreciated this gesture. the location overlooked a square where local products were sold , this was a very excellent experience.
i received a room without a real window , it felt very uncomfortable. i was like i was in a box.

The two double bedrooms within the suite proved rare and very useful. The location provides convenient access. Gregorio and Filippo provided assistance with helpful advice. I greatly appreciated the personalized dining recommendations.
The room lacked natural light, but I only used it for sleep.

There was no full breakfast. I found coffee and a croissant provided. These breakfast vouchers worked at a nearby bakery, located just downstairs from the rooms. I also received discount vouchers applicable to restaurants in the building.

The location was definitely a plus. It was close to many main attractions. i also found the room to be a good size. It was not cramped at all.
