friendly staff helpful direction quick luggage hot water hidden amenity fee bad taste
the staff were friendly. they were helpful when i needed directions. the location was good, close to what i wanted to see. i received my luggage quickly upon arrival (it was a welcome sight after a long day).
there was no hot water one day. they fixed it pretty fast, but it was an issue. i noticed a new hidden amenity fee on my bill. it was about 30 usd plus tax per night (i think it covered items they said were "free").

vibrant stay near the space needle

colorful decor hotel bikes complimentary cookies
the hotel has colorful decor that i found appealing. borrowing bikes. complimentary water bottles and afternoon cookies were nice touches i noticed. i will stay here again.
i found one of the exits locked at night. well lit exit signs led to this locked exit. this seemed like a potential fire code violation.

adequate stay, some minor issues

comfortable bed convenient location unreliable wi-fi worn linens
The room itself was spacious and clean. I found the bed comfortable. the hotel's location provided convenient access to the space needle and the surrounding area.
the staff seemed somewhat indifferent to my needs. the wi-fi connection was sporadic and unreliable, a problem. i also noticed that some of the linens in my room looked worn and frayed.

lack of cleaning missing shower curtain
The location was acceptable. It was a short walk to the Space Needle.
The room was never cleaned during my three-night stay. When I called to ask about it, staff offered only extra towels, showing little concern. The shower lacked a curtain or door, difficult for multiple people to get ready in the morning.
