cramped room cleanliness level
the location was acceptable, near local attractions.
The room felt cramped due to its layout. the illogically designed space made it difficult to relax. There wasn't enough room to move around comfortably. the lack of space. i also found the level of cleanliness somewhat lacking.

The staff was warm. I loved my chats with samantha! they offer a complimentary beverage, i could enjoy it while playing games in the lobby. the complimentary water bottle was a nice touch. I refilled it at the water bar.
My room was very hot, and the a/c was not working the first night. i had to change rooms for the second night, but it was still a bit warm. i had to request a refrigerator for the room. This was inconvenient.

comfy bed welcome drink friendly staff
I stayed here recently and loved it! the beds are super comfy. I slept like a baby every night. the free drinks at check-in was a welcome surprise. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The one downside was the amenity fee. It felt a bit steep for what was offered. i wish there were more clarity upfront regarding the included perks.

decent stay in a good spot
walkable location friendly staff dog smell misleading sign
The location was great. It was very walkable. short distances to many sites. The amazon spheres were close. plenty of cafes and restaurants were nearby too! the staff were friendly. Every staff member was great.
The room was not super clean. i noticed one of my pillows had a strong dog smell when i was trying to sleep. the sign out front talks about a bistro and bar inside. I thought that was quite misleading though.

friendly staff tier service cloud bedding
The hotel staff was friendly, especially when I checked in. Armana was very accommodating. I received the BEST reception. It was top-tier service. The bedding was great, like sleeping on a cloud.
THE elevator was broken on one side, so the wait was long.
