lazy river and spacious suite

relaxing float clean pool full kitchen

I noticed the lazy river was great, especially for a relaxing float. the pool area was clean. it was also great that my suite featured a full kitchen and a separate living area. This allowed me to prepare some meals in my room and unwind comfortably. the room even had a washer and dryer, a real convenience.

the elevators seemed a little slow at times, causing occasional delays.

My suite included a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. I could prepare meals easily. there were also two televisions, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, a real convenience.

grilling station volley ball power outlet phone issue

The arcade on the hotel really charmed us. I also found many grilling stations, volleyball, corn hole, and ping pong in the outside areas around the hotel.

I noticed half of the outlets did not have power. I could not get any numbers, including '0' to answer the phone for over an hour.

The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals , including a stove and a refrigerator. I liked that the shuttle provided transport to the grocery store and the Strip. The hotel features multiple pools that cater to both adults and families with children.

Parking was somewhat limited , especially during peak hours , sometimes making it difficult to find a convenient spot.

unfriendly front desk staff misinformation

the pool bars were cool.

The front desk staff wasn't friendly upon check in, the concierge desk seemed full of misinformation. no one seemed to care about customer service unless a tip was involved. It seemed like we paid for first-rate accommodations, but received average service. the website showed one bar would be open at the lazy river and adult spa, but nothing was open. we had to walk to the main lobby only to be told we could not bring our drinks to the area.
