Welcome to The Killians Boutique Hotel – Kochi

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right by the harbor and close to attractions like the Chinese fishing nets. The rooms were spacious and clean, but they lacked some character and comfort due to harsh lighting. The service was hit or miss, with some friendly staff but others who were less attentive. The dining options for breakfast were quite basic and could use improvement. Overall, it's decent value for the location, but there are areas that need some attention.

While the hotel has potential with its great location and spacious rooms, my experience was marred by some significant issues. The air conditioning was inconsistent, making for an uncomfortable stay, especially in the humidity. The breakfast offerings were very basic, which felt disappointing given the price. However, the staff were helpful during the day, and the porters provided excellent assistance.
