an okay experience

on site parking great location rude lady staff training

the room was lovely and REALLY well located. on site parking is a plus. it made logistics easier.

i think some of the staff are not experienced and could do with some training, the lady that dealt with me was VERY blunt and borderline rude. they also don't tell the truth about the £50 holding charge.

the hotel had a nice intimate feel to it.

i was charged for an extra bottle of water, which i found ridiculous.. it never used to be that way. the room service isn't the best either. the buffet isn't great, nor is the sit down breakfast.

wonderful surprise at beautiful hotel

bottled water fitness center

i found complimentary bottled water replaced daily in my room. the fitness center offered enough equipment for a complete workout. the staff provided information about local attractions. i was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival i think i was very lucky.

i experienced a brief disturbance from outside noise late at night. the soundproofing of the windows could benefit from slight improvement. it did eventually quiet down but still slightly impacted my sleep.
