Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a great find in Mammoth, close to the Village Gondola and The Village commercial center, making it an ideal spot for families and those who want to explore the area. The rooms, although accommodating up to six people, showed signs of wear in the handicap room with a mildew chair in the shower but overall were well-equipped with essential amenities. Service had its highs and lows with significant delays in orders and a disappointing experience at the supermarket. However, the real shining star was the service team who were attentive and accommodating. The location earned top marks for its proximity to key attractions like Canyon Lodge and the city center, offering convenience and fun activities for all guests. Dining options were limited, but you could customize your orders. The facilities were generally satisfying, providing essential services for a comfortable stay.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for our family, equipped with a fireplace and kitchenette, but the small mini fridge was a letdown considering the price we paid. The service had its highs and lows, with some excellent gestures like a bottle of wine for our honeymoon, but overall, there were instances of rudeness and slow service. The location was convenient for exploring Mammoth Lakes and enjoying nearby activities, although the dining experience left much to be desired with a problematic breakfast arrangement.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The one-bedroom suite was huge and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, but the mini fridge was quite tiny for a unit with a full kitchen. The rooms being individually owned gave a unique touch to the accommodation.
