some issues with the stay

noisy motorblackout curtains
The blackout curtains in the room weren't great. too much light got in. the motor on them made weird noises. also, the phone beeped randomly, so i had to unplug it. and the bathroom light turned on by itself. I had to keep the door shut.

the room was clean and the bed comfortable. breakfast had good choices! the staff was friendly and helpful, especially during check-in and check-out. i appreciated the convenient location near the port authority bus terminal.
I sometimes waited over 15 minutes. this was a real inconvenience, especially during peak hours.
