the hotel location proved very convenient. i easily accessed the commercial court east through the path. the front desk provided a useful map upon arrival. the hotel is clean. i noticed a relaxed vibe in the 1930s style. the bed was very comfortable.
i found the bedroom rather dim, which affected the overall ambiance of the space. it was a slight inconvenience. hopefully, they can improve the lighting in the future.

The hotel location is prime. The room was super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. I was near the Scotiabank Arena and Union train station.
The elevator made an loud creaking sound every time it went up and down.

The hotel location allowed easy walks to Union Station and many attractions. The staff was attentive, answering questions with a smile. I noticed convenient luggage storage available near the reception. I loved the beautiful lobby, with its unique character and modern decor.
The elevators seemed a little slow, requiring some patience.

The hotel's location was acceptable for getting around the city.
The room was quite small and dark, limiting comfort. Elevator maintenance seemed neglected, causing noise during operation and periodic unavailability. I was on the sixth floor. I found it necessary to use stairs at times.
