A good hotel, but with some flaws

The location was on the quieter end of the island, ideal for me. There were also some really great food options nearby. I especially enjoyed Tita Magz. I found the staff to be very cute.
The breakfast included with the room had some limitations. I could only order from a few options. I also needed to submit my order the night before. The restaurant often ran out of items, disappointing.

The staff was genuinely attentive.. i appreciated the personalized greetings and the prompt response to any requests. a welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. i was impressed by the daily housekeeping. the team's dedication created an atmosphere of pure relaxation.
While everything was superb, i noticed the beach towels could be a bit softer. That is a very minor point.

The staff members consistently displayed professionalism and warmth. They addressed all inquiries promptly and efficiently. i observed that the team proactively anticipated guest needs. their genuine care.

The hotel features a beachfront restaurant that offers lovely meals with picturesque views. I noticed the availability of complimentary beach loungers for all guests. the lobby area includes comfortable seating and provides easy access to the beach. the atmosphere encourages relaxation.

My room included a king-sized bed with premium bedding. I found two complimentary bottles of water provided daily. the bathroom features a rainfall shower and luxury toiletries. the room also included a mini-fridge and a tv with cable channels.

This hotel has an excellent beachfront location with soft sand and clear turquoise waters. I observed that the area is relatively quiet. the hotel is situated in a calmer area, perfect for relaxation. a short walk away is station 2.

The location right on the beach was acceptable.
Mosquitoes were a problem inside the room. I got bitten every night. I also saw spider webs with spiders in the shower area plus an insect crawling on a towel.
