a fair stay
friendly staff pretty garden no elevator weak air conditioning
the front desk staff were really friendly. they helped me with directions and recommendations. the hotel had a pretty garden. it was nice.
my room did not have an elevator. i had to carry my luggage up the stairs. the air conditioning in my room did not work very well. it struggled to cool the room down.

SOME room ISSUES and questionable cleanliness
bathroom mold ineffective air conditioning
The room was smaller than expected , the bathroom felt outdated. I noticed some mold in the shower , which was concerning. The air conditioning was not effective enough , and the room remained uncomfortably warm during the day. I also found the breakfast options somewhat LIMITED , and the coffee tasted burnt.

Charming and Convenient Stay
fantastic location private parking cute staff
The hotel location IS fantastic. I walked easily to many main attractions. I appreciated the private parking availability. The staff were really helpful and cute. I could not have asked for better service.
The traffic noise from piazza Donatello continued all night. I believe double glazing would greatly improve this situation.

The room had a double bed with soft linens and plush pillows. Air conditioning kept the room comfortable and cool. A small seating area.

Breakfast offered many selections at the buffet. Fresh products included pastries, fruit, cheeses, and cured meats. I enjoyed starting the day with a rich cappuccino.

The garden provided a tranquil escape. There WERE tables and chairs available to relax. I found it a beautiful spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Charming Stay Near the City Center
helpful staff lovely garden fresh croissants
I found the staff helpful. They gave us a superb room that overlooked the lovely garden immediately when i requested to move downstairs. The breakfast buffet offered numerous choices. I especially liked the fresh croissants and fruit salad.
The mini fridge cooled very slowly, but i didn't mind it.

The breakfast buffet featured a large selection with croissants, bread, jam, cakes, and boiled and scrambled eggs. Guests also found cheese, fruit salad, and various yogurts available each morning in a dedicated, sunlit space.

This hotel has a garden with outdoor seating i found pretty. On-site parking is available, though the entrance through the gates is a bit tight. This hotel offers convenient access to nearby stations for exploring, it's a plus.

useless hair dryer inconvenient location
the hair dryer provided was practically useless (i think it was powered by wishing). also, the location requires a bit of a walk to reach the city center. i ended up having to buy my own hair dryer. this was a bit inconvenient, but at least i have a new one now. i would have preferred a closer location.
