the receptionist elli was amazing she was super friendly and professional i really appreciated that the location was convenient too with easy access to metro and the train station i also found it easy to get to versailles the room itself was very clean especially the bathroom and linen. everything felt fresh and well maintained
i noticed the hotel facilities felt a little outdated they could use some updating to bring them up to modern standards

the hotel offers a well-kept lobby area that feels inviting the breakfast includes fresh fruits various breads croissants pain au chocolat cheeses eggs and jams providing a complete and tasty experience each morning i was happy with it.

the staff attends in several languages 24 hours a day and they are really helpful and friendly the room was excellent and the bed was super comfortable i also appreciated the carafe d' eau always available i would come back again
