Welcome to Hotel Villa Sarah – Capri

The hotel offers elegant rooms with good linen and nice tiled bathrooms in the Caprese style. While the rooms were adequately sized for three people and had generous wardrobe space, they were a bit dated and could have been cleaner, with beds only slightly made by the maid. The service was fantastic, with an amazing staff dedicated to ensuring guests have a good time. The location, in lovely gardens where fruit is grown, provided a peaceful escape from the crowds of Capri. The dining experience offered a great choice of Italian-style breakfast options. Overall, the hotel is a charming retreat with some drawbacks.

I had a great stay at Villa Sarah. The rooms were spacious and clean with larger beds than usual for 2 people. Although the showers were small, the rooms were nicely decorated and neat. The service was excellent with helpful staff offering good recommendations. The location was convenient, close to the central square in Capri. The dining experience was pleasant with a good variety of food. The property, however, needs a major renovation to reach its full potential.

My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, except for the iron-lamp which seemed out of place. It would be great if they added a kettle and some coffee/tea in the rooms for more convenience. The service provided by the staff was incredible; they were charming, extremely helpful, and even went the extra mile to assist with a broken air conditioner. The location, though a bit uphill, offered a beautiful setting but could pose a challenge for those not in good shape. The dining experience was okay, with a typical continental breakfast. However, the hotel's facilities were decent, and overall, the value for money was reasonable.
