outdated equipmentpoor soundproofing
I found a couple of things a bit disappointing. the gym equipment felt a little outdated (i expected more modern machines). also, the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't the best. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms sometimes. (it was a minor inconvenience but noticeable.)
