the hotel staff and location were very good, i thought. the parking was a plus because i drove and needed to go to the airport early. i love the art and decor everywhere. the morning buffet was AMAZING!!!
i arrived around 3 pm and parked easily. there was a lot of whispering between reception staff, odd. i was informed there were no towels available due to some laundry issue, which wasn't ideal after traveling in high heat.

the room was clean and comfortable with a double bed. a desk and chair were provided, along with an additional chair. the mini bar had a selection of items, all clearly priced, which i liked a lot.

the hotel staff was quite helpful and polite. check out was efficient, and the hotel stored my bags for a long time after i checked out. i appreciated that they did not charge a fee for this service.

the hotel is a short walk to the oriente train station and the metro. it is easy to get to the airport with just three metro stops. a very nice shopping mall is located just across from the train station.

I really enjoyed the quick and polite check-in experience. i found the modern hotel decor very appealing. cleanliness was consistently high throughout the hotel. the quiet atmosphere in the corridors was also much appreciated. I got great rest.
the air conditioning in the room was not very effective. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature even at the lowest setting. this made the room somewhat uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day.

The hotel's proximity to the arena served my purpose well. the airport was also very close. i found the mattress in my room to be quite comfortable and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was delicious. the room size was adequate.
There was a laundry issue. Upon arrival, i was informed that there were no towels available until later. it was not ideal following my travels. i wish this would have been sorted out earlier.

THE room had nice amenities. I really appreciated the daily cleaning service. The room felt fresh every day. The breakfast buffet had a GOOD variety of options, especially the fruits. It's GREAT that the hotel is within walking distance of the Vasco da Gama shopping mall and several restaurants.
THE air conditioning in the room was not very effective, even at its lowest temperature.
