sad staff dated interior
the location was acceptable.
the mood of the staff was pretty sad! i waited a long time at reception. the hotel looks good on the outside, but it's dated inside.

the hotel staff and location were very good, i thought. the parking was a plus because i drove and needed to go to the airport early. i love the art and decor everywhere. the morning buffet was AMAZING!!!

the room was super clean and cozy with a double bed. a desk and chair were provided, along with an additional chair. the mini bar had a selection of items, all clearly priced, which i liked a lot.

the hotel staff was quite helpful and polite. check out was efficient, and the hotel stored my bags for a long time after i checked out. i appreciated that they did not charge a fee for this service.

the hotel is a short walk to the oriente train station and the metro. it is easy to get to the airport with just three metro stops. a very nice shopping mall is located just across from the train station.

amazing stay!
quick check-in modern decor quiet atmosphere
I really enjoyed the quick and polite check-in experience. i found the modern hotel decor very appealing. cleanliness was consistently high throughout the hotel. the quiet atmosphere in the corridors was also much appreciated. I got great rest.
the air conditioning in the room was not very effective. it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature even at the lowest setting. this made the room somewhat uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day.

The room had a nice size and included a fridge. I found this welcome. rooms had a good view. This adds much value. the bathroom was also a good size. I thought it functional.

The hotel is a short walk to the metro. I found it very convenient. there is a dedicated car park with reasonable prices. I used it and was pleased. the staff are professional. This ensured a smooth stay

charming stay!
delicious breakfast pleasant staff adequate room
The hotel's proximity to the arena served my purpose well. the airport was also very close. i found the mattress in my room to be quite comfortable and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was delicious. the room size was adequate.
There was a laundry issue. Upon arrival, i was informed that there were no towels available until later. it was not ideal following my travels. i wish this would have been sorted out earlier.
