I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were not well-designed, with some practical issues, even though they were spacious with 2 beds. On the other hand, the service was highlighted by exceptional individuals like Polo and Henry. The location was convenient for most things, but the breakfast was pricey and disappointing. The dining, despite some negatives, provided good options at this hotel.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. However, the sleeper sofa was not usable due to its thin mattress, and the puzzle-cube shower control was a bit confusing. The location worked well for us with easy access to the highway and nearby shopping.
The hotel had a convenient location near highway 101 and plenty of shopping options. The rooms were poorly designed and not well-maintained, lacking a good view. The service was helpful and friendly but had issues with hidden charges. The dining options were limited but satisfactory. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
