Breakfast included many fresh food options. Staff promptly replaced items, that ran out. Our room had both fruit and tea. The bed was acceptable, and comfortable.

The location isn't completely central. This requires taking the metro to the main attractions.

I appreciated the nice staff available around the clock. The hotel is close to the Praterstern train station, a convenient 30-minute ride from the airport without changes. Tasty restaurants were a short walk away, offering choices from Viennese to Asian cuisine. The Prater park is accessible within just five minutes.

Our coffee cups weren't replaced during the entire stay, and we were sometimes left with only half a toilet roll.

The staff supplied a plug adapter when I requested it upon arrival, and I found this gesture helpful. They seemed cheerful and cute, and they accommodated my needs to the nth degree. I am grateful for their attention.

I enjoyed the very tasty breakfast with an large selection of items. The buffet breakfast included a vast array of delicious choices. The breakfast room was also clean and had healthy options available. I was impressed by the plentiful and varied offerings.

The location was perfect, near the train station and the city center! The hotel is located in a quiet side street. This makes the hotel a peaceful retreat. Public transport stops are a few minutes' walk away. Even a walk to the city center takes only about 20 to 30 minutes.

the room was modern and tidy. it was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. the hotel staff was excellent, they seemed to anticipate my every need. i even forgot a plug adaptor and they supplied me with one upon arrival.

the hotel corridor was a little smelly
