My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean and spacious with great extra amenities, and there was a lovely outdoor seating area with a BBQ, although I didn't have a chance to use it. The staff, especially Misty, was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. The location was beautiful, close to Big Bear Blvd, the lake, and the village, making it convenient for exploring the town. The dining experience was excellent, although they were out of their frozen burritos, they served delicious traditional Irish pancakes. Overall, a great value for money and a wonderful stay.

Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms are wonderful, clean, and comfy, making it a great place to relax. The location is ideal, within walking distance of various attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants. The dining experience was excellent, offering homestyle Japanese dishes that were a delight. However, they were out of their frozen burritos, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very friendly and had a wonderful balcony with a barbeque. The service was fantastic, super friendly, and very helpful when we needed new bed linens in the middle of the night. The location was great, close to everything in town but away from the center hubbub, perfect for nice walks to the lake. The dining was excellent, but they were out of their frozen burritos. The facilities were outstanding with a playground area for children, tennis and basketball courts, a horseshoe pit, and a large pool area.

The facilities were well-kept, including playground areas for children, a tennis court, basketball court, horseshoe pit, and a large pool area.

The location was convenient, close to grocery stores and eateries but away from the town's hustle. The dining was reported as excellent, despite some items not being available.
