the check-in process was smooth and quick. the room was conveniently located near piccadilly station! i found the staff to be friendly and helpful with directions. the bed was very comfortable, a welcome feature after a long day.

Subpar Stay. Some Issues Encountered

My experience had some significant drawbacks. The air conditioning was not functional, made the room uncomfortably warm. A portable unit was provided, but it was excessively loud and ineffective. the door to the safe was broken and stuck open. I injured myself when I hit my shin on it in the dark!

The room had a really good size and a huge, comfy bed. Bathroom facilities were excellent. I especially liked the shower. Staff were very cute and helpful when some situations needed sorting out. I am grateful.

the air conditioning was indeed a point of contention. it seemed to have a mind of its own, battling against the warmth with limited success. bolted windows didn't help matters either, trapping the stuffiness inside. i would've loved to crack a window for some fresh air.
