EXCELLENT Stay NEAR Historical SITES

The hotel boasts AMAZING proximity to historical landmarks. The cathedral is just a short walk. The parking was convenient right next to the hotel. I appreciated the antique furniture and decor in the common areas.
The continental breakfast lacked appealing options. There were only croissants filled with fruit or custard available. I would have preferred bread buns alongside the ham and cheese.

reception staffs are very helpful and the building is indeed fine. i found the prices really really good, especially considering the room quality. i really like the bar, it's quiet and include a piano which customers can play. breakfast takes place in a smart conservatory.

my room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep and i found it excellent. the room decor featured entertaining style, full of character, and the two bedroom apartment is great for families or friends.

the hotel location is perfect, granting easy walking distance to attractions and the hay bayles area. i found the hotel very near the castle, and convenient for visiting the cathedral. a car park near offers easy parking.

The room lacked bottled water. This was unexpected given the price per night. I found the bar inaccessible all Saturday due to a wedding. Prior notification of this would have been welcome. It was also difficult to locate the second set of towels. They were hidden in the wardrobe. The room was booked for two, so providing two sets of towels initially seems logical.

Decent Stay With Some Issues
warm roomdamaged blinds
The room got really toasty, it was like sleeping in a sauna. The bed wasn't that great either. We found just a lonely towel, it was sad, especially since there were two of us. Plus, the window blinds clearly needed fixing. They were a mess.
