The hotel staff greeted me with refreshing drinks right at check in. My room was perfect. The location was also very nice, offering easy access to everything I wanted to see.
The bathroom light was flickering which was a nuisance. Housekeeping did a very minimal cleaning job, which I found disappointing.

The room was supposed to be a quiet escape , but the walls were paper-thin. I could hear every word from the next room , it was not ideal. The mini-bar was also quite empty , offering very few choices. The absence of complimentary water was a surprise , I had to buy bottles from the nearby store , it was inconvenient.

The service felt INCONSISTENT. I received no information about hotel amenities upon arrival. I had to ask for housekeeping and there was no turndown service as mentioned on the website (such a letdown!).

the hotel location was convenient and close to the ferry.
The air conditioning did not work in my room, this made sleeping uncomfortable. the tv also didnt work. The maintenance person had to replace it several times before finding a working one. i was disappointed with these issues.

the rooftop bar features very nice views and drinks was affordable. the staff was attentive and helpful. i found the location near the harbor convenient, great for easy access to many local attractions. the pool offered a refreshing escape during the hot summer days.
i notice a small problem with the availability of seats at the beach club. despite being a hotel guest, priority seating wasn't guaranteed. i also had to pay for seat reservations.

The hotel boasts a prime location directly on the water. Staff were pretty good too assist with our luggage upon arrival (a super convenient golf cart pickup!). The communal areas are lovely. Upon arrival we received a welcome glass of fizz. The concierge offered helpful recommendations and restaurant staff at night were attentive.
Our room showed slight wear with some minor scuff marks on the walls and skirting boards.

i loved the hotel's convenient location! the staff were kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. breakfast was a true delight and the air conditioning worked wonders during the recent heat wave. the spa and pool were both wonderful spaces, perfect for relaxation.
the bathroom arrangement felt a little odd. the shower spilled water into the room!
