The breakfast area was quite small. This made it uncomfortable both waiting for a table and those already eating (it felt cramped). The desk staff did not seem very proactive. I had to ask for both a map and the Wi-Fi password, as this information was not provided in the room.

The hotel had a great location. the rooms were very clean and spacious, something i really appreciated. i especially liked the rooftop terrace. The views were beautiful (perfect for an evening drink!).
The breakfast was somewhat repetitive. I wished there were more options .

the room featured an enormous and very comfortable bed. music themed decor was present. i found it a really nice touch. the room included a shower and a bathtub.

The staff were always friendly and helpful with requests. they arranged a cab for an early morning departure for me. the front desk service was excellent. I appreciated their attentiveness.

i found the staff helpful. they provided a kettle upon request. the hotel gave us sparkling wine for a birthday, a lovely gesture. the beds felt comfortable.
one minor issue was that the breakfast area felt a bit small. this made it a little crowded when waiting for a table.

i totally loved how the front office team helped me find an adapter, because i had forgot mine. they really assisted me mending some pants, what a service. the location is very close to city center, that helped a lot. the rooftop bar is lovely even if it rains!
the kettle was a little silly, i had to put it on the floor near a working plug.
